Mili completed her Certificate IV In Therapeutic Practices and Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2009 through Body-Lee Massage College, a Newcastle business associated with The Chi-Chinese Healing College in Sydney. It wasn’t long before Milika Casey Massage Therapies was born, and Mili has been running her own business since. Over the past 15 years Mili has studied, Reiki, Chinese Cupping and ONSEN, integrating these modalities and philosophies to create her technique. Mili also studied pregnancy massage in 2010 and considers the opportunity to work with pregnant mothers a joy and privilege.
In 2010 Mili started working with Groovin’ the Moo Music festival to provide massage to the artists and crew in Maitland. This soon grew and saw Mili touring with the GTM team to ensure they were provided the opportunity to look after their hard working bodies. The challenge that came with this role was providing a style of massage that would loosen muscles and fix specific issues without causing too much muscle fatigue or overall lethargy so the artist would still be able to perform their set to the high standards that were expected. The long bus rides and airport waits were matched only by the extremely long work hours and expectations to fix an artist so they could perform. But working alongside the GTM crew for those few weeks each year was a career highlight, ending in 2020, when it all came to a halt with the pandemic.
In that time Mili also had the pleasure of learning from and working alongside great therapists with A League Soccer Teams and local and representative Rugby Union Teams, where she learnt the techniques used with Sports Massage and the different styles needed at training and on game days. These game day techniques provided the base of the routine when working on GTM.

Since 2021 Mili has been focusing solely on her Massage Therapies business and providing her clients with her unique style of Massage by combining the techniques and knowledge she has acquired over her 15year career.
